Ramona High School is part of SD-CIF.  All Student Athletes are required to have two (2) weeks off from the CIF sport they practice in the summer.

Ramona High has two (2) Dead Periods (Vacation periods). Each Head Coach of their program chooses the period they want for their program.

Dead Period #1:  June 28 (Sunday) to July 12 (Sunday): Football, Girls Flag Football

 

Dead Period #2:  July 12 (Sunday) to July 26 (Sunday):
